Resourcing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Resourcing Coordinator to join our village Resourcing Hub. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a centrally led resourcing strategy, ensuring the village is adequately resourced to meet our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out right to work checks, reference checks, and other administrative tasks in line with company standards.
- Liaise with the Head Office Resourcing team to discuss open vacancies and assist with telephone screening candidates when required.
- Order and distribute workwear on the village, ensuring both new and existing colleagues have the correct attire to perform their duties.
- Ensure all recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and deadlines are met.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the various roles on the village.
- Support with arranging company inductions and pre-boarding communication with new starters.
- Assist with interviews, recruitment events, and open days as needed.
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong IT skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and KPIs. Previous experience working within an HR/Recruitment team is essential, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience is a must.
