About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Resourcing Coordinator to join our village Resourcing Hub. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a centrally led resourcing strategy, ensuring our village is adequately resourced to meet our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out right to work checks, reference checks, and other administrative tasks in line with company standards.
  • Liaise with the Head Office Resourcing team to discuss open vacancies and assist with telephone screening candidates when required.
  • Order and distribute workwear on the village, ensuring both new and existing colleagues have the correct attire to perform their job.
  • Ensure all recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Develop a good understanding of the various roles on the village.
  • Support with arranging company inductions and pre-boarding communication with new starters.
  • Support with interviews, recruitment events, and open days as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Previous experience working within an HR/Recruitment team.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
  • Able to multitask and work at pace.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering results.
