We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Support Administrator to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited in Farnham. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless coordination of facility management
- Provide exceptional support to the office team, ensuring efficient operations
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and ability to learn new IT packages quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
