Senior Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Business Support Administrator to join our successful administrative team. As a Senior Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all areas of the business, including facility management, meeting room bookings, filing, and covering for colleagues when on leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the business, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Manage facility-related tasks, including booking meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the office is well-maintained.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they have the necessary compliance contracts in place.
  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests visiting the office.
  • Assist with company events and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Perform general office administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong user of MS Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Confident and proactive person.
  • Able to motivate yourself.
  • Previous experience managing staff is an advantage but not essential.
