As Programme Director, you'll maintain a strategic focus, ensuring the programme's vision and goals align with our business objectives. You'll manage resource allocation effectively, mitigate programme risks, and develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to align and gain support from key stakeholders.
You'll establish and monitor key performance metrics, develop training and deployment plans, and communicate key messages and actions in a timely manner. You'll balance the risk between change and operational stability, ensuring credible planning and programme finances are managed in line with approved budgets.
The Ideal Candidate:
You'll have major programme leadership skills gained from a large complex organisation, preferably in the energy, FMCG, or utilities sectors. You'll have experience in managing programmes with medium to high complexity, including knowledge and experience of both waterfall and Agile delivery methods, including dev-ops.
You'll have experience in providing strategic direction in governance, strategy, program management, vendor management, and portfolio management. You'll have demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects and delivering project outcomes for impacted areas, such as process improvement, service management, IT governance, and program management.
