Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing and supervising staff in all aspects of care and social engagement.
  • Developing person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensuring quality and providing excellent care.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is essential.
