We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional quality and customer experience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Toyota Financial Services, KINTO and KINTO JOIN as a Quality Assurance Manager, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, driving continuous improvement, and reporting on assurance activities to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Quality Assurance Specialists across operational areas, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive quality improvements, leveraging your knowledge of operational processes and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of services.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the QA team, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a financial services or consumer credit sector.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business results through process improvements and cost savings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
