Job Description

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our customers by helping to deliver digital solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct interviews, workshops, and review documentation to gather requirements and translate them into acceptance criteria for the Product team.
  2. Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional delivery teams to focus on value-driven delivery that supports innovation, optimization, and maintenance of digital products.
  3. Be a champion for the Agile way of working, ensuring all standards and processes are followed and changes and improvements to increase the team's productivity are implemented.
  4. Work alongside Delivery Managers to identify and remove impediments and obstacles on behalf of your team, and to create and update various status and productivity reporting.
  5. Build and maintain a strong understanding of existing systems and application landscapes as a building block for future solutions.
  6. Support Product Owners to challenge business units on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs.
  7. Use data to inform decision-making and look for opportunities to optimize digital performance.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' practical experience in a Business Analysis role or business relationship management in a digital environment.
  2. Industry or functional expertise validated through experience working in e-commerce.
  3. An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification, or experience.
  4. Strong experience with digital systems.
  5. Preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
