We are seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Alexander Lloyd, a leading Financial Services recruitment specialist. This hybrid role is based in London and offers a competitive salary of up to £53,000 per annum.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and identifying appropriate testing for systems, working with the benefits team to provide technical advice, and understanding pension administration system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the pensions sector, specifically in Defined Benefit pension administration. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
