We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our client's team in delivering a high-profile programme of works for a leading pharmaceutical company.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects within the life sciences sector, with a focus on laboratory fit-out, clean rooms, and commercial fit-out.
As a key member of the programme team, you will be responsible for bringing the programme to life, working closely with programme managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on NEC forms of contracts and be chartered via MRICS or MCIOB.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of projects within the programme, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Collaborate with programme managers and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans
- Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Competitive salary up to £65,000
- £4,000 car allowance

- Flexible working arrangements, including 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work
