Career Opportunity

As a Client Experience Strategist at Liz Earle Beauty Co., you will be responsible for driving account success and team development as the main contact for clients on your account. You will ensure clear client briefs align with business objectives, produce inspiring creative briefs, and partner with other creative and production agencies on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account leadership: Be the go-to-person for clients, ensuring integrated campaigns and delivering exceptional outputs.
  • Brief management: Ensure client briefs are clear and aligned with business objectives, with the confidence to challenge and develop them with the client.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other creative and production agencies on delivery, maintaining good communication and collaboration at all levels.
  • Scope management: Ensure scope of work is managed and appropriately delegated across the team depending on skillsets required.
  • Campaign management: Collaborate with Project Management team to ensure all campaigns are running as planned and delivering multi-channel campaigns to multiple paid media partners and/or owned channels.
  • Financial management: Manage project budgets, tracking scope, estimating, and staying on top of financial processes.
  • Campaign deadlines: Manage multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks, or challenges are communicated and upholding agency standards.
  • Client meetings: Lead in client meetings, presentations, and signoffs both virtual and in-person.
  • Delivery excellence: Be the delivery expert for your account, continuously proposing solutions with a positive attitude.
  • Process improvement: Proactively improve processes for your area and contribute to wider innovation, creativity, and fun within the agency.

About the Role

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $85,000. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our accounts and drive growth while working with a talented team of creatives and professionals.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director within an agency or related creative environment.
  • Background in line management and developing account teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including data and reporting.
  • Experience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans.
  • Fluent in project management principles, specifically delivering omni-channel creative assets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
  • Numerate with skills in estimating creative delivery fees, creating reports, and dashboards.
