We're seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Turtle Bay Hospitality Limited. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations. You'll be responsible for developing your leadership and training skills, supporting your colleagues, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Support the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for junior team members
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
