Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Samworth Brothers Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring micro sampling plans are maintained and collected/tested.
  • Investigating and closing out any adverse results.
  • Monitoring product quality, identifying trends, and generating action plans with relevant departments.
  • Conducting audits to schedule (internal audit/customer codes of practice, HACCP/CCP, GMP, FB, Hygiene Fabrication, Glass, plastic etc).
  • Coordinating taste panels and preparing product launches for smooth transitions from process to production.

Requirements:
For this role, we are seeking someone with experience in a related quality or technical role within food manufacturing or a food-related discipline. Knowledge of food safety legislation, quality processes, and HACCP is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
