Job Summary:
Samworth Brothers Limited is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Operations Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturer and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the Role:
The Compliance Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. They will also establish and maintain review processes for customer, business, and industry codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QMS documentation and processes
- Conduct regular reviews of customer, business, and industry codes of practice
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the completion of customer and site KPI reports

Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience within the food industry
- Proven experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
