**The Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Product Specifications: Complete and maintain detailed product specifications for multiple retail and food service customers.
- Recipe Management: Draw up and maintain recipes for factory use, coordinating with the process team to compile necessary information, including shelf life and analytical results.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via Teams and in person to ensure all product specifications are approved and finalized.
- Artwork Management: Generate and review product artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Critical Path Management: Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed according to agreed critical paths.- Must have a good analytical might set and good attention to detail, and good understanding of food law.
- Be adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment and working to different and sometimes demanding timeframes and be good at managing different work criteria.
