Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
The role of the Sales Executive at Harwoods Ltd is to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by effectively selling new and used car products, meeting agreed sales volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring all interactions are aligned with the company's values and policies.
- Utilize sales process knowledge to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, managing enquiry management targets.
- Maintain showroom displays, customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation to manufacturer standards.
- Proactively seek new and used car customers, establishing relationships for potential repeat business through effective follow-up processes.
- Actively convey the culture of putting customers first, adhering to TCF principles at all times.
- Maximize sales opportunities by offering finance solutions, adhering to FCA guidelines.
- Ensure accurate vehicle handovers, briefing customers on vehicle operation and introducing them to the aftersales department.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration and participate in on- and off-site departmental promotions.
