Senior Plant Reliability Engineer

- About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in a leading FMCG company. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with the Engineering Supervisor / Chargehand to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and high-performance engineering solutions while minimizing downtime and costs.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Contribute to reducing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) through active participation in discussions and planning.
- Work towards improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by conducting root cause analysis with the engineering team and meeting set KPIs.
- Adhere to and complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Quality, Food Safety, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Requirements:
- A proven track record in a similar role, particularly within an FMCG/Food manufacturing environment, focusing on plant reliability.
- Experience working to the high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
