Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Alexander Steele, a leading food manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring equipment downtime, analysing trends to drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor equipment downtime and analyse trends to drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives and projects
* Interact with on-shift engineers and other site engineering teams to resolve challenging equipment problems
* Gather and analyse equipment efficiency and downtime data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Communicate and collaborate with other colleagues, suppliers and contractors
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
* Experience gained from an engineering maintenance environment
* CAD experience
