Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business department, including planning, teaching, and assessing students
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business teachers to ensure high-quality instruction
Requirements:
- QTS with a Business Specialism, ideally head of experience
- Experience teaching at KS4 and KS5 in a secondary school
- Proven background of high pupil progress
- A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils you work with
