Commercial and Sales Director

Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a key role in our team. As a Waste and Recycling Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial waste teams and ensuring the effective deployment of resources to maintain a high level of customer service.
Purpose of Role
To develop and implement a range of commercial services, including commercial waste and recycling, and to identify new revenue generation initiatives. The successful candidate will be accountable for building a strong commercial waste brand and promoting our services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial waste and recycling services to ensure maximum return on resources.
- Lead the development of new food waste business and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and promote commercial waste brand awareness and services.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure contract generation meets agreed targets.
- Manage new business accounts and ensure smooth contract delivery.
- Provide high-quality service based on transparent relationship management.
- Conduct performance management procedures for office team members.
- Manage complaints and client correspondence.
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
This is a temporary role covering maternity leave for a 7-month period. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
