Commercial Account Manager

Securitas Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business and enhancing the existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering tailored security solutions.
- Business Growth: Identifying new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
- Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
- Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
- Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
- Proven commercial acumen with a strong track record of delivering solutions.
- Strong understanding of risk profiles and mitigation options.
- Demonstrable experience of consultative sales.
- Experience in project costings and managing margins.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
