Project Manager - Supply Chain Transformation

KFC UK & I - Western European Supply Chain is a leading fast-food chain with a rich history dating back to 1939. We're proud to be in over 1000 communities across the UK & Ireland, serving finger lickin' good chicken to our customers.

The PAN Europe Supply Chain Team is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain for PAN Europe, which comprises over 2600 stores across 4 Business Units. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving stakeholder engagement, accelerating Supply Chain transformation, and ensuring implementation success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of strategic programs and projects, driving stakeholder engagement and accelerating Supply Chain transformation.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools, ensuring governance is followed by all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project planning, refining scope definitions, prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and assigning resources to various deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate completion of documents relating to a project's scope, budget, resources, and justification.
  • Control project finances, ensuring adherence to project budgets, quantifying monetary risk and impact, and providing project budget and financial reports to project leadership teams.
  • Improve project processes, developing new processes and improving pre-existing ones, continually reevaluating whether each project is meeting applicable standards.
  • Communicate effectively, managing project communication efforts, including change management communications and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG or QSR Industry
  • Proven experience in leading projects and delivering results
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
