Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Motorsport Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  6. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
  3. Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
