Leadership Opportunity in Residential Care

A well-established residential care home is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead their care team. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a proven track record in managing a care home, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The care home provides specialized care for the elderly, individuals with dementia, and those with mental health needs. The team is dedicated to delivering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

We are looking for a Home Manager who has experience in elderly, dementia, and/or mental health care, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a care home. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading the care team and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
