We are seeking a skilled Care Team Member to join our team in Malvern, Worcestershire. This is a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week), and we require someone who can live within a commutable distance to Malvern.

Friends of the Elderly is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing high-quality care with a family feel. Our picturesque homes, situated in beautiful grounds in Malvern, specialize in care for people with dementia, as well as residential and nursing care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to our residents.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support.
  • Preparing meals for our residents.
  • Ensuring mobility and assisting with daily activities.
  • Keeping accurate records of care provided.

As a member of our care team, you will be working alongside a dedicated and compassionate team of staff to provide person-focused care to our residents. To succeed in this role, you should have a real passion for care and be empathetic, respectful, self-motivated, and flexible. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide all the training you need to excel in this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £21,000-£23,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
