Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional email and telephone support to valued customers, managing supplier accounts, and processing invoices efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and issue remittance advices to maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Assist customers with order processing, dispatch, and aftersales support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to verify stock availability and track orders, resolving any delivery issues with couriers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, addressing their needs with a friendly and professional approach.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, knowledgeable, and professional telephone manner is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Email, Word, Excel) with strong administrative skills.
  • Background in Customer Service or Admin, ideally in a small team environment.
