As a Regional Support Manager with TipTopJob, you will oversee the operations of various care homes in Suffolk and ensure high standards of care are maintained. To be successful in this role, you must have a current active NMC Pin and proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership, ensuring that key roles are recruited and trained to complete their duties. Foster a positive work culture aligned with our company vision and values.
  2. Care Home Management: Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, creating a supportive work environment.
  3. Financial and Business Performance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of care homes, including budgeting and financial reporting. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  4. Care Quality and Environment: Maintain and enhance the quality of care provided to residents, monitoring and evaluating care delivery processes and outcomes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial Management: Strong knowledge of financial management and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Quality Care: Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents.

The salary for this position is estimated at £65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive package, including a monthly car allowance, 25 days annual leave, and comprehensive induction and training.
