Care Home Manager Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Care Home Manager to lead a small 35 bed GOOD rated nursing, residential and dementia care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the service meets the highest standards of care and complies with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage risks associated with mobility, behaviour, and hygiene.
- Ensure timely assistance and care to service users.
- Complete safety checks, including fire and health & safety measures.
- Provide mentoring and supervision to care staff, ensuring they have the skills needed for their roles.
Fostering a Caring Environment:
- Ensure service users and their families are involved in decisions about their care.
- Promote dignity and respect, building positive relationships between care staff and service users.
The salary for this position is approximately £52,500 per annum, plus benefits. You will be supported by a stable team consisting of a deputy manager and carers, as well as an experienced operational team including a quality manager and regional manager.
