As an HR Generalist, you will be part of a small on-site HR team, providing advice and guidance to Managers across a range of topics, including performance, capability, and grievances, as well as restructuring, all within a unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to Managers on various HR-related matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
  • Assist with restructuring and redundancies within an operational environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations, including working with Unions, restructuring, and redundancies within an operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
