Automotive Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in London, Hammersmith office. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for improving the overall UK Sales process and performance to enable our guest-facing teams to execute their jobs more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and measure end-to-end sales performance from lead generation to close of sale.
- Embed the Scott Dunn Sales culture, including process delivery and adherence to best practice.
- Define and deploy an efficient sales process, identifying areas for improvement to lift productivity and conversion.
- Be the Sales business owner for tooling, including Freshdesk, iVector, Travelport, TravelCentre, and Genesys.
- Support trading initiatives, building and rolling out new processes and measuring their impact.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong partnership building experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong Project Management skills.
