Digital Product Manager

iQ Student Accommodation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our revenue targets through the management, maintenance, and optimisation of our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously identify and deliver data-backed optimisations to improve online customer journeys and experience, increasing conversions in the UK and international markets.
- Own and optimise the conversion funnel, continually testing strategies to improve commercial outcomes, analysing and reporting on performance.
- Manage the website and mobile development backlog, prioritising and scheduling works, testing, and release schedules in partnership with our web agency and IT team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver product innovations that enhance the customer journey and efficient ways of working.
- Develop and maximise all new and existing online revenue generation opportunities through digital platform enhancements, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the digital marketing manager to support the delivery of the strategy for all paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and SMS marketing, ensuring our platforms are optimised to deliver on commercial goals.
- Own the delivery of campaigns and activations across digital platforms through the leasing cycle, ensuring our products reflect campaign objectives and messaging to drive desired commercial outcomes.
- Identify, scope out, and deliver product integration enhancements to improve user experience and the conversion funnel.
- Manage iQ's CMS for the website and app, ensuring all content is accurate and relevant, in close collaboration with the Content team and Property Marketing Manager.
- Gather robust marketing intelligence through the evaluation of analytics, market intel, and competitor data, informing product development and design.
- Manage external suppliers to ensure the delivery of a quality and cost-effective service.
- Stay up-to-date with digital product and e-commerce best practice, implementing it across all channels, adopting a test-learn-rollout approach.
- Provide reporting and actionable insight on all digital platform performance, demonstrating ROI, in collaboration with the Web & Digital Analyst.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles, theory, and best practice.
- Hands-on experience of managing web development projects to optimise customer journeys and experience.
- Solid understanding of and experience in managing multiple digital platforms and integrations with backend systems.
- Web literacy and proficiency in data extraction and the use of databases and reporting tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of web tools and platforms.
- Good proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages with advanced Excel skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities, working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
