Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting a Financial Adviser in providing comprehensive financial planning services to a wide client portfolio.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of financial products, including Personal Pensions, ISAs, Investment Bonds, and SIPPS.

Liaising with providers to obtain quotes, cost comparison, and preparing paperwork ready for client meetings is a key aspect of this role.

You will also be responsible for utilising various platforms to research, collate data, scenario planning, and answering client queries.

Gathering fund fact sheets, performing income schedules, and preparing bespoke valuations are also essential tasks in this role.

Requirements:
  • Proven background working within a Financial Administration/Technical Administration role within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Financial Management is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively liaise with clients and providers.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills are necessary to perform tasks such as income schedules and fund fact sheets.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop are also required.
