- Staff Development: Support the Nursing Home Manager in conducting staff appraisals, training, and development, ensuring our staff have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.
- Induction and Mentoring: Oversee the induction and mentoring of new staff members, ensuring they are fully integrated into our team and have the necessary support to succeed in their role.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
