Job Overview:

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in the beauty industry, and we are seeking an experienced retail travel consultant to join our team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our airport retail stores. You will work closely with our counter managers to achieve sales targets and develop strong relationships with our customers.

About the Job:

This is a full-time, standard retail sales position that requires you to work variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a global leader in the beauty industry, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and access to exclusive employee discounts.
