Position Overview
Role: Programme Manager (Senior Leadership)
Reporting to: Programme Director (with deputizing responsibilities)

Programme Management:

Qualifications:
- Essential: HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with design intent for electrical infrastructure in high-hazard industries, preferably nuclear.
Experience:
- Leading large-scale or complex infrastructure and capability delivery programmes.
- Delivering results within structured environments through innovative solutions.
- Managing virtual teams across various functional and geographic boundaries.
- Engaging stakeholders in complex environments.
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Project Management) or substantial experience.
- Chartered professional status or equivalent.
- Relevant qualifications in Project and Programme Management.
Desirable:
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of the defense or security sector.
- Commitment to established project management methodologies.
