Role: Programme Manager (Senior Leadership)

Reporting to: Programme Director (with deputizing responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Oversee and guide delivery teams and agency personnel.

Experience:

  • Leading large-scale or complex infrastructure and capability delivery programmes.
  • Delivering results within structured environments through innovative solutions.
  • Managing virtual teams across various functional and geographic boundaries.
  • Engaging stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Project Management) or substantial experience.
  • Chartered professional status or equivalent.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project and Programme Management.

Desirable:

  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of the defense or security sector.
  • Commitment to established project management methodologies.
