Retail Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Inventory Manager to join our DOLCE&GABBANA team on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a solid proven track record within a similar role in luxury or premium retail, with excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring stockroom organization to maximize store productivity
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting Sale Staff
  • Guaranteeing stock and inventory control and management
  • Acting as point person for maintaining and supervising all inbound/outbound merchandise and back of house stock and supply areas
  • Providing highest level of client service

Responsibilities also include:

  • Representing the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
  • Managing stockroom organization to contribute to store productivity in accordance with DG directives and procedures
  • Supporting Sale Staff ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor and shortening waiting time of clients
  • Training support on system and stockroom guidelines to new stock keepers
  • Guaranteeing effective people management of Stock Staff

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and conducting monthly coaching sessions with staff to review performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Handling Corporate review process for Stock Staff
  • Participating in daily store meetings to communicate current business trends and motivate store employees
  • Identifying store maintenance issues and working closely with Corporate to report and resolve areas that impact store structural function and image

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring receipt quantities tagging deliveries of products articles and supplies in a timely manner
  • Preparing new items for display in collaboration with Sale Staff
  • Ensuring replenishment is done systematically and accurately
  • Participating in store maintenance
  • Controlling and supervising transfers and other operations in a timely manner

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
