Job Title: Mobile Air-Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Air-Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the North of England. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to sites across the North of England to perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure that all environmental conditions are maintained within critical building systems and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Identify and rectify plant faults and defects to maintain plant in serviceable order.
  • Develop a good working relationship with CBRE staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors' works while they are on site undertaking maintenance.
Requirements:
  • A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English.
  • CITY AND GUILDS qualification in a relevant field.
  • Formally trained in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
  • Mechanical and commissioning experience.
  • Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of UPS, Generators, HV, PDU's, Crac units or equivalent.
