About the Role

As a key member of the UCL Eastman Dental Institute team, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change by engaging and supporting colleagues to develop and deliver user-centred solutions that address process problems.

You will leverage data, evidence, and user experience to define and understand problems, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.

With a strong track record of leading improvement initiatives, preferably in a service environment, you will champion and embed a continuous improvement mindset across the institution.

About You

We are seeking individuals with experience in Lean Six Sigma and/or other relevant CI methodologies, who have worked with stakeholders to build a continuous improvement mindset.

You will have a strong ability to lead the facilitation of improvements to processes, services, or systems in a highly organised and collaborative way.
