Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at Premier Engineering. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading engineering efforts across the business, collaborating with various departments to implement process improvements and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering efforts across the business, collaborating with various departments to identify and implement process improvements
  • Design and documentation management, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Quality and operational support, providing expertise in product design, manufacturing, and injection moulding processes
  • Product improvement and cost management, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Degree or HND qualification in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical subject
  • Proven experience in sustaining engineering, preferably within consumer products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and CAD software (CREO, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing, and quality standards
