Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at UCL Eastman Dental Institute. As a key member of our improvement team, you will play a crucial role in driving positive change across the institution.
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and supporting colleagues to develop and deliver user-centred and measurable solutions that address common process problems. You will use data, evidence, and user experience to define and understand problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
About YouWe are looking for individuals who have led on improvement initiatives, preferably within a service environment, using Lean Six Sigma (and/or other relevant CI methodologies). You will have a strong track record of leading the facilitation of improvements to processes, services, or systems in a highly organized and collaborative way.
You will be a team player who invests in personal development and is committed to supporting the ongoing development of the Continuous Improvement team and UCL more widely. You will need to have the right to work in the UK, as this role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation.
