Construction Assurance Manager

At Find Your Flex, we're seeking a skilled Construction Assurance Manager to join our team in the East region. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of National Highways Capital Investment Schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Assure the completion of planned works to agreed standards, escalating any concerns to the Construction Manager in line with governance requirements.
- Provide regular and timely feedback to Project Managers on scheme construction progress, risks, early warnings, and design-related issues.
- Act as liaison between key supply chain partners, coordinating the delivery programme and ensuring buildability reviews are conducted on all projects.
- Maintain good liaison with Project Managers and Commercial & Procurement colleagues, providing relevant and timely information on Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
- Proven experience in highways/structures maintenance/construction, with a strong understanding of site-based processes, relevant legislation, and practices.
- Knowledge of health & safety, environmental, and quality management, including good understanding of the DMRB, MCHW, Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual, and CDM Regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, with a strong customer focus and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in using the NEC 4 ECC form of contract.
