The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with varying needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.
Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and promoting independence in a recovery-based model of support. You will also be responsible for administering and monitoring medication, assisting with incontinence care, and encouraging daily household tasks.

About UsThe Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalized and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland. We support individuals with a variety of different needs, and some of the people we support can present challenging behavior or require a high level of personal care.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Full UK Driving License and be able to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if required. You will also need to be able to register with the SSSC within 3 months of your start date.
