About Our Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Developer who shares our passion for innovation and excellence. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes that drive site productivity and improve product quality. With your expertise in extrusion or wire and cable manufacturing, you will lead projects to support capacity increases, product sustaining, new product introductions, and process improvements. Your hands-on experience with machinery and processes will enable you to provide expert guidance on process controls, equipment maintenance, and material selection. In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
