Key Responsibilities:

As a Multispecialist Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging problem-solving techniques during maintenance incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. You will also drive improvements across the maintenance team, eliminate or reduce waste, and participate in upgrading and improving equipment or engaging in projects.

Documentation and Compliance:

You will complete important documentation, including highlighting errors or bad practices and making suggestions for improvements. You will also lead the progression of documentation through to completion, utilizing external resources where appropriate.

Spares and Procurement:

You will have awareness of and control spares in an efficient manner, generating and completing the appropriate documentation for purchasing services or components.

Training and Development:

You will have accountability for ensuring all personal activities are reliably closed on time, against agreed targets, and complete training to ensure a current aseptic license is kept up to date.

Safety and Environmental:

You will understand emergency procedures, follow safe systems of work, and ensure compliance with EHS and security policies and procedures.
