About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Specialist to join our Transactions team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing regulatory expertise on large and complex transactions, working closely with our clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Your responsibilities will include providing regulatory advice on transactions, originating transaction-related advisory mandates in the P&U sector, and building a strong network to promote our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong academic background in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business
  • Experience working on transactions in utilities and infrastructure, either with an M&A or a Consulting background
  • Detailed understanding of transaction process and execution
  • Ability to carry out financial analysis on transactions, including different valuation methods
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
