About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Harm Free Care Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement evidence-based harm free care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and planning programs of evidence-based care relating to harm free care
- Providing specialist education and training to others
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate, enable and support the development of harm free care services
- Working alongside the Harm Free Care Lead to support clinical audits and service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- RGN qualification or equivalent
- Two years nursing experience at senior level (desirable)
- Teaching and assessing experience/teaching qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to present factual information logically, verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage own workload and co-ordinate the work of others
