About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Business Development and Marketing professional to join our team at the Academy of Warren. As the Head of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our firm's success by developing and driving innovation and change, establishing and embedding business development and marketing strategy across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Development and Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a dynamic business development and marketing strategy that meets the current and future needs of the business, taking into account the role of technology, data, evolving client requirements, and market insight/developments.
  • Lead and Develop the Business Development and Marketing Team: Foster a culture of excellence and quality control, leading, mentoring, and developing the Business Development and Marketing team.
  • Enhance Client Management and Client Centricity: Develop and execute structure and tools to deliver excellent client management, client centricity, and exceptional content development and delivery.
  • Implement Financial and Activity Reporting Processes: Drive innovation and change, creating a firmwide culture where business development and marketing are at the heart of activity and on everyone's agenda.
  • Develop and Deliver Measurable BD Training and Development: Enhance the firm's CRM infrastructure, including the firm's CRM system and technology platforms to help track and manage client relationships and provide reporting to measure ROI on all BD and Marketing activities.
  • Lead and Facilitate Cross-Selling Opportunities: Create and establish pitch/proposal resources and decision-making processes to ensure appropriate, targeted, and timely provision of pitch support in response to RFP's and tender invitations.
  • Oversee Brand Strategy Implementation: Manage and implement the firm's internal and external communications strategies, ensuring all content and communications are strategically consistent in tone of voice and messaging.
