Sales Growth Manager

A leading logistics company is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager - South to join their team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and capture of new sales opportunities.
Job Description:- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company goals, collaborating closely with the Commercial Director.
- Foster strong client relationships and develop strategic partnerships to advance company success.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and industry changes to capitalise on emerging sales opportunities.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year in logistics sales.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Salary: £38,480 + £450 monthly car allowance (option to switch to a company car post-probation) + up to 18% commission of salary. A comprehensive package that reflects your value to the organisation.
