Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Support Professional to join our team at ERS Education Ltd. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a secondary school setting and contribute to the development of a nurturing environment where staff and students thrive.

The successful candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varied classroom scenarios. You will work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, provide individualized support to students, and contribute to the overall success of the school.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with a range of students, from Key Stage 4, and develop your skills in supporting diverse student needs. You will also be part of a supportive leadership team that offers regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions to enhance your growth.

About the Role:

  • Full-time, long-term position until July 2025
