Paraplanning Assistant

Location: Cranbrook
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
We are seeking a passionate administrator with experience working in the financial services industry to join our team at Brook Street.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the paraplanning team with tasks such as data entry, file organisation, document preparation, and more.
- Work closely with financial advisers, paraplanners, and other team members to provide high-quality bespoke wealth management advice to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses throughout the Southeast.
- Keep client records accurate and confidential, following data protection rules.
- Collaborate with financial providers to gather needed information and documents.
- Conduct research, analysing data to support the financial advisers and paraplanners in ongoing advice.
- Document ongoing advice and create clear, detailed reports based on input from paraplanners and advisers.
